In the poker business, we observed incredible growth in recent years. Many people are making big money during this boom in the industry. Let’s see how business people have made big bucks from this increase in poker activity.

Before we do that, let’s look at why poker has exploded. We can conclude that there were three key things that have caused the growth in people hitting the poker tables. Now, listed chronologically, this is what took place that caused the boom that we see in poker.

The first event was in 1994 when poker player Henry Orenstein conceived, and patented, the equipment for the the pocket card camera. Now, the viewers are able to see the hole cards of the contestants when watching televised poker. “Hole card cam’s” debut was in 1997 on an English poker telecast.
