When playing poker you need to avoid to play tilt. This is because you cannot be a good decision make if you let your emotions control your mind. Before a full blown tilt there are early stages on tilt that an individual should be aware of. The earliest stage is the most harmless of all. You’re only a bit distracted and this is due occurrences in the game like: standing up to an overly aggressive player who plays nearly every pot but encountering a big hand or having an all-in showdown with a strongly superior hand pre-flop and losing. But you can still play on because your still thinking right but it is strongly recommended to stop at this earliest stage.
Stage 1 is the bridge to stage 2 tilt. Its only a close gap. So better settle down the issue on the first stage ASAP. At stage 1 you are still you, only a little bit distracted but you still have the power to stop yourself from doing craziness when you are in a full blown tilt.
