What’s Legal and Not In Las Vegas

Las Vegas, Nevada is the party headquarters of the USA. It is also known as Sin City because of its never sleep policy. Drinking and gambling are offered around the clock. Local law enforcement is kept busy catching drunk drivers. If you are caught drinking and driving, contact a local Attorney that specializes in DUI’s to handle the situation.
Alcohol is acceptable, and people often drink while walking the Strip. When alcohol is consumed it often hinders ones judgment. Visitors often get behind the wheel, and this creates a problem with local law enforcement.
Vegas, while accepting of drinking, has public intoxication laws. Many people cannot maintain themselves while drinking. When you attract attention from law enforcement, the will often issue a citation for “public intoxication”. While lenient, Vegas Police must up-hold the law and keep the city’s visitor’s and resident’s safe.
